Our programs

Six pillars of support, under one roof.

A safe bed is the floor. These six pillars — case management, recovery support, parenting resources, employment navigation, financial coaching, and on-site children's programming — are what help a family move from a night in crisis to a stable, permanent home of their own.

Every family receives every pillar. The pace and order are set by each parent, in conversation with their dedicated case manager — never by a checklist, never by a clock.

What every family receives

A wraparound model, not a single service.

Each pillar is delivered by trained staff or vetted partners, and coordinates with the others through a single case plan — so a parent never has to retell her story, and a child never has to wait for a parent to be ready.

Case Management
Each family is paired with a dedicated case manager who builds a plan, sets goals with the parent, and coordinates every other service on this page — so nothing falls through the cracks, and a parent only has to tell her story once.
Recovery Support
A sober-living environment, peer recovery groups, and one-to-one advocacy that walks alongside a parent through each milestone — from day one through the long, steady work of stability that lasts.
Parenting Resources
Parenting classes, child-development guidance for every age, and bonding support for new mothers — paired with age-appropriate supplies, so a parent has what she needs to parent well under one roof.
Employment Navigation
Resume and interview prep, employer connections, transportation and childcare handoffs, and on-the-job check-ins — so a parent can land, and keep, work that pays a stable rent.
Financial Coaching
One-to-one budgeting, credit repair, and benefits-enrollment help, paired with a matched savings plan — so the family leaves with money in the bank and a plan to keep it.
On-Site Children's Programming
Supervised care, learning, and play on-site while a parent attends appointments, classes, and job activities — so children are safe, engaged, and never an obstacle to the parent's work.

These pillars are funded by donor support, foundation grants, and in-kind community partnerships. They are not billed to a family at any point during their stay — and never after.
